Advanced Research Infrastructure for Materials and Nanotechnology
In addition to the nationwide shared system of state-of-the-art equipment and advanced technical support system developed through the nanotechnology platform, we will introduce advanced equipment that is remote, automated, and high throughput, and continue to share the equipment. Furthermore, we collect material data generated by sharing the equipment, and accumulate them as structured data that is usable in data science.
Structured data created by the Advanced Research Infrastructure for Materials and Nanotechnology (ARIM) will be shared through the Data Center Platform built by the National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS). In addition, we will contribute to strengthening material innovation force by building a "Material DX Platform" in collaboration with the Materials Data Creation and Utilization R&D Project.
