The Scope of JAPAN NANO 2017 F

Social and economic structures are drastically changing with rapid development of ICT. A new challenge has started toward realizing “the super smart society”, which offers new values and services to us. The nanotechnology, which is one of key technologies to establish this society requires more active actions for the further development.

“Nanotechnology Platform”, a nationwide facilities network, provides opportunities using advanced equipment and facilities for materials design, synthesis, processing, and analysis to researchers in academia and industries.

In the symposium, advancement of IoT systems, sensors, safe infrastructures, etc. relating to nanotechnology for realizing the super smart society will be viewed together with presenting recent research topics by the Nanotechnology Platform.
